Additional important information

We would like to ask you to avoid damages or staining of the goods and to include all associated accessories (if applicable) in the original packaging if still possible. Please use a suitable wrapping if necessary. If the original packaging is no longer available, please use an appropriate alternative packaging to secure the goods from damages during transport.
We would also like to ask you to return goods only via insured parcel service and to retain proof of delivery to the carrier.
In addition, please do not send packages with a "paid by receipient" option.
If possible, please contact us prior to returning goods either via phone at +49 (0) 6039 4799988 or via email to service@coastershop.de to announce your return. This way the handling of the return process can be sped up significantly.

We would like to point out that the handling suggestions in the last three paragraphs are not mandatory to exercise your right of withdrawal.
All this information can also be found in our terms and conditions.
